The accommodation comprises a separate purpose-built annexe consisting of two extremely good-sized well equipped family rooms, both with en-suite, including tea & coffee making facilities, 

with one room comprising a newly refurbished

and equipped kitchen area including fridge, microwave & toaster. 

  

All rooms are ground floor, allowing for easy access, with independent access allowing for greater flexibility & freedom.

 

All rooms have colour TV & free Wireless Internet access and are recently decorated.

 

Rooms in the annexe can cater for up to a

maximum of three people sharing (even four on occasion)!

An additional double room is available within the main house, with tea & coffee making facilities
 and private newly renovated wc/shower room.
 
Additional Information:
  • Check In: 14:00 hours onwards (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Check Out: 11:00 hours (unless otherwise agreed).
  • House-trained pets are allowed but it is the owners responsibility to provide for them and we ask that they are not left unattended on the premises (please enquire first).
  • Children are welcome.
  • Cot available for children up to 15kgs.
  • A hairdryer/hair straighteners, iron & ironing board can be made available upon request.
  • Tea & coffee making facilities.
  • TV in all rooms.
  • Free Wireless Internet access.
  • Free parking on site (right on your doorstep).
  • Secure Bicycle storage.
  • Quiet location - occasional traffic. 
  • Private bookings: We require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per room to secure any bookings, in the event of no show or cancellation. 
  • Business bookings: If cancelled up to 24 Hrs before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations only in the unlikely event of circumstances 
    beyond our control, any deposits made in these instances are fully transferable.

    • Double £55
    • Pets £2.00
    These rates are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast (if breakfast is not required, or a full-English is not to your liking, we can offer alternatives, and the room rate can be adjusted accordingly).
